02The problem

What holds the decision back

Each unit runs a different point of sale, or a different version of it, and the ERP and the stock do not close with the day's till. The stockout shows up at the sales peak, when the customer has already left without the item, and the cash-up is checked by hand, store by store. The revenue the franchisee reports and the revenue the franchisor sees are not the same number, and the royalty base becomes a negotiation. Comparing one store with another starts with deciding which spreadsheet counts. When the next unit is about to open, or a franchisee is about to be audited, the one answering for a number with two versions is you.

03Application

How we apply it

In food service, and in every network that sells through a point of sale with stock in each unit, we extract the data from the point of sale, the ERP, the stock and the delivery and marketplace channels of every store, and from the kitchen display system in the kitchen, put store, sale, item and stock into one standard for the whole network, and deliver the operational indicators through dashboards, an API and an MCP server.

04Domain

The data we know

  • Sales by unit, shift and channel: store, dine-in and counter, delivery and marketplaces
  • Average ticket size and product mix
  • Stockouts, inventory turnover and ABC analysis
  • COGS, shrinkage, damage and waste
  • Batch and expiry date, in pharmacies, pet shops and food service
  • Till opening and cash-up, cash drops and float top-ups, cash overages and shortages
  • Voids, refunds, exchanges and discounts
  • Franchisee revenue, royalty base and marketing fund
  • Store comparison and same-store sales
  • In food service: preparation and service times on the kitchen display system
  • In food service: recipe cards and theoretical against actual usage

05Delivery

What arrives

  • A single base for the network, with store, sale, item and stock in the same standard
  • An ELT pipeline from the point of sale, the ERP, the stock and the delivery channels of every unit, and from the kitchen display system in food service
  • Operational indicator dashboards per unit and for the network: stockouts, inventory turnover, COGS, cash-up and ticket size, and preparation time in food service
  • The network's data served through an API and an MCP server, for the network's systems and agents
  • The gate that fails when the point of sale, the till and the ERP disagree about the same sale or the same cash-up

06Services

The service that applies

  • Data Governance Rollout

We map where the data travels, from where it is entered to where it is used, show where it diverges and what the LGPD requires of it, and build the pipeline that delivers it governed, through an API, an MCP server and an AI dashboard.

07Proof

Where it has already run

  • Lupa no Imposto: the tax inside the price

A service that lets anyone look inside a price: how much goes to the merchant, how much to the government, and what the product would cost with no indirect tax embedded. It was one of the drivers of Brazil's tax transparency law.
